Accommodation: There are a variety of rooms available at the Kinmel Manor Hotel. All rooms are decorated and designed to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. From Superior to standard we offer facilities such as TV and sky channels along with the best in hospitality.
Restaurant: The Manor Restaurant is part of the original Manor House. We offer an extensive A la carte menu from which you will be able to indulge whilst mulling over a fine glass of wine. We also have a Table D'HÃ´te Menu which offers a fine selection of locally farmed meat as well as locally produced vegetables.
Leisure Facilities: Whilst enjoying your stay at the Kinmel Manor they invite you to make the most of our extensive leisure facilities that are available. The hotel have a 12 x 5 metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and a multi functional gymnasium. The complex is open daily from 8.00 am to 9.30 pm
Conferencing: Conferences are welcome of all sizes ranging from meetings for 2 people up to conferences with 300 delegates. A total of 7 rooms at present can be used as well as this they have grounds that can be used for outdoor activities if requested. This has proved popular in the past with training days.
The hotel is a popular holiday destination, it also caters for conferences, meetings, mid week and weekend breaks, dance holidays, jazz weekends and short mat bowls breaks.
There is a choice of six conference and meeting rooms, up to the 400 person capacity Washington suite. There are also numerous syndicate rooms available. All our conference rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone, Internet Access Points (CAT5) and have free access to Wi-Fi Broadband (FREESPOT). All of the hotel public areas also now have FREE broadband wireless internet. Many of the large public rooms overlook the sea. One lounge houses a giant 50" Widescreen TV set, Sky sports is available in all rooms as well as on the Large Screen. Two games rooms offer a full size snooker table, or table tennis.
Leisure facilities are centred around an indoor swimming pool, there is a fitness room, therapy room offering a variety of holistic relaxation treatments, and a hairdressing salon.
The Lansdowne Hotel & Conference Centre is just 5 minutes walk from Norwich Rail Station and the new Riverside Leisure Development which includes Pubs, Cinema, Bowling, Nightclubs and the Fitness Exchange. The Lodge at Leeming Bar is a modern hotel ideally situated just of the A1 in between Harrogate and Darlington in North Yorkshire. With its award winning Restaurant and CAMRA recognised bar the hotel is an ideal stopping point for both the business traveller and leisure traveller alike.
Bedale and the surrounding area is ideal for Walking, Fishing, Riding, Touring and Shopping. The Historic towns and cities of York, Ripon, Richmond and Harrogate are all within easy reach. Horse Racing at Wetherby, Catterick, York and Ripon also attracts many to the area. Croft Motor Racing Circuit is located within 30 minutes of the Lodge. The Lodge has a Tourist Information Centre located in the Shop.
The Restaurant is situated on the ground floor overlooking the orchard. Access via reception is through a level passage with no steps. The restaurant uses local produce wherever possible to prepare its traditional regional cuisine. The Bar is situated next to the restaurant and offers snacks and meals from 6pm to 10pm as well as a fine selection of local beers and ales.
All inclusive rates can be quoted for meeting and conference rooms. The hotel also makes an ideal venue for a wedding reception, special occasion dinner or party.
The Public Bar boasts over 52 malt whiskies and two quality Real Ales are available every day from Scottish & English Breweries. Sky Sports, on our large flat screen TV, allows you to watch your favourite team play whilst enjoying a nicely chilled pint and a packet of crisps - or something more substantial from the snack or dinner menu!
The hotel offers 24 well-appointed en suite bedrooms with full facilities including free WIFI access. Every morning a Full Scottish Breakfast is offered to our hungry residents together with continental options including croissants, fruit, cereals and grapefruit. Restaurant menu and bar meals are available 7 evenings a week with a very popular Sunday Lunch.

The Orangery Restaurant offers an a la carte menu, plus daily changing Chef's Specials that caters for all tastes. Vegetarian and slimmers' dishes are prepared on request. The Orangery also provides the right setting for functions of all kinds from wedding receptions to business hospitality. Whatever the occasion the chefs can provide a menu to suit. The Lounge Bar has a choice of traditional hand pulled beers and a good selection of wines, it too serves food.
For receptions and events, the hotel has facilities to accommodate up to 75 guests seated for a daytime function and up to 175 for your disco/buffet in the evening. The hotel holds a license to carry out Civil Ceremonies, there is a choice of two rooms for wedding ceremonies.
Meetings of up to 50 delegates can be accommodated in the main suite, and the smaller lounge is available for training, small meetings and private dining. Television, video, overhead projector, screen and flip charts are available.
