The Inn on the Lake is a privately owned modern seventy-eight bedroomed hotel with restaurant, conference and banqueting facilities. The hotel has direct access from the A2, London to Dover road, but is set back in twelve acres of peaceful woodland with two fine lakes. The hotel is within one hour's drive of the Channel Tunnel, Ferry Ports and Central London. The City of Rochester is just a few minutes drive away. The hotel has parking for over 250 cars.

Every Saturday throughout the year a dinner dance is featured in the Lakeside Restaurant. Stars such as The Supremes, The Searchers, Ben E King and Boney M have all performed.

The restaurant specialises in traditional French and English cuisine. The restaurant can also cater for banquets and wedding receptions for up to 400 people. A wide range of Bar meals is also available.
